30 State Appraisal Organizations Respond to the proposed rule change of raising the De Minimis.

South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition in collaboration with 29 other state appraiser organization engaged Constantine and Cannon, a highly respected Governmental Affairs firm in Washington, D.C, to submit comments on the proposed rules change.

Behind the scenes, SCPAC and the Network have been working with Constantine Cannon LLP on drafting a formal comment on the proposed appraisal threshold increase from $250,000 to $400,000. The result is very thorough and factual. Each state organization contributed facts, figures and scenarios and Constantine Cannon compiled it all referencing current law and prior attempts of increasing the threshold. SCPAC is proud of the work that has been accomplished and proud to be part of a Network of dedicated appraisal professionals across the country.

This is your dues in action advocating for you as a member of SCPAC. If you are not a member we need you to join today.
